ACTAVO GIGACLEAR

In February 2022, our journey as a tier 2 contractor on the Gigaclear project commenced. Actavo sought a reliable partner to meet the rigorous demands of an ambitious ISP operating in remote areas across the country. Spliceteq emerged as the perfect fit, embodying the trust and capability essential for the project’s success.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
To install a new hybrid PON Network across multiple towns utilising existing PIA network along with new build civils

CHALLENGES
Facing a substantial delay in delivering the forecasted RFS numbers, Actavo entrusted us with the crucial task of making up lost ground.

The aftermath of a departing contractor left us grappling with numerous unanswered questions, making it a constant challenge to ascertain the progress of the work already completed.

Yet, with determination and focus, we navigated these uncertainties to ensure we made up the lost ground.

SOLUTIONS
Our dedicated teams invested numerous hours seamlessly conducting surveys whilst building the network in tandem. Along with a strong back-office team to put all the information together.

END RESULT
The hard work and unwavering determination of our teams to deliver the numbers needed to get back on track, ultimately culminated in a fantastic result – a delighted client.

The dedication and tenacity displayed by our teams are the driving forces behind Spliceteq’s success, demonstrating our commitment to exceeding expectations.

TESTIMONIAL
“Spliceteq have been a great asset to delivering our projects over the past year of working with them. The organisation and quality of work is second to none and would highly recommend them to any CP delivering fibre networks.”
