Taylor joined Spliceteq in 2022, As a fibre splicer showing great skills of communication and project deadline acknowledgement. Since 2024 Taylor has taken on project manager role for Spliceteq South.

A telecommunication background with 13 years’ experience in network build, expansion, fault finding and testing. He also spent over 3 years’ managing various technical site builds for a team of subcontractors.

Paul has been CEO and owner of Spliceteq since its formation in October 2017. Prior to this, Paul held the position as lead Fibre Engineer, working within large scale network builds for Companies, such as Virgin Media, Vodafone, City fibre and Zayo. Over his eighteen-year career as a Fibre Engineer Paul has played a key role in leading teams during the construction of many network builds and customer connections.

Since forming Spliceteq, Paul has managed to build a strong dedicated workforce of Fibre Engineers and cable teams that deliver to the same high standards that he delivered whilst working.

Paul, alongside his dedicated management team is responsible for overseeing all projects to ensure Client satisfaction at every stage of the build.

Jack joined Spliceteq in 2019, with 12 Years of experience in the telecommunications industry demonstrating an ability to overcome and achieve in any situation and a willingness to learn and try new things.

A qualified Fibre Engineer, with an extensive knowledge of working in the field building fibre optic networks, and now managing projects on behalf of some of the industry’slargest Internet Service Providersto ensure delivery targets are met whilst maintaining a highest levels of quality across the build. Jack also takes responsibility for Spliceteq’s civil engineering department, from initial customer enquiry, site surveying, commercial viability through to construction.

Hugo joined Spliceteq when the Company was formed in 2017, Hugo is responsible for all aspects relating to the installation of fibre optic cable nationwide. A twenty year veteran of the telecoms industry Hugo’s extensive knowledge and pro-active attitude has been a major factor in Spliceteq maintaining the long relationships with our Clients.

Fred Joined Spliceteq in 2022, a versatile Senior Director, with a successful track record of leading large cross functional teams,offering extensive project, programme, and change management delivery in construction, operational, human resources, people and performance management and efficiency optimisation.

Fred’s primary role’sareoverseeing HSE&Q, human resources and the financial and commercial management of Spliceteq to deliver profitable business relationships built on respect, loyalty, integrity, and trust.

Ellie joined the Spliceteq in 2021, an experienced operations manager, Ellie’s primary role is the management of the Company’s operational and Client interface.
An analytical thinker who’s strength in coordination & resource planning coupled with a focus on productivity maximisation ensures cost efficiency for our Clients.

A high level communicator across all platforms,as a member of the Senior Management Team, Ellie has been at the forefront of the year on year growth that Spliceteq has enjoyed.

Danilo joined Spliceteq in 2022 and is responsible for the collation of the measure reports from site and the verification and recording of the reports in the finance system to generate both financial forecasts and invoicing.

Alex begin his career with HMP Service working on data cable installations (CAT5a) then moving to a major contractor working on behalf of Virgin Media carrying out in-house installations, and installing HFC networks.

Alex joined Spliceteq in 2019 as a Fibre Engineer and was promoted to Senior Fibre Engineer in 2023 in recognition of his technical ability and knowledge, leadership and communication skills.
