Project Description
Building a network infrastructure from the trunk route through to the distribution phase. North London was the place of work putting in place a predominantly overhead network.
Challenges
North London is an extremely busy network with congested chambers and ducts. We found that our cables were being damaged by other contractors working in the same areas.
Solutions
Explaining these issues to the client and ensuring they were constantly in the loop with any of the problems we encountered. Using different methods to provide potential re routes both UG and OH. We would alwayss make sure we gave the client a second option.
End Result
A high turnover of THP each month, the only contractor to score 100% on health & safety compliance and we were the best in class contractor for Community Fibre month to month.
